About the Book

The German philosophers Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels wrote the Communist Manifesto in 1848, which was initially known as the Manifesto of the Communist Party (German: Manifest der Kommunistischen Partei). The Communist Manifesto is composed of a prologue, four main parts, and a brief conclusion. The preface warns that communism is "haunting Europe" and urges Communists to publicly state their beliefs and objectives in order to "counter this nursery story of the spectre with a manifesto of the party itself."The communist party will not fight other working-class parties but rather, regardless of nationality, will represent the global proletariat's interests and voice its universal will. The section concludes by laying forth a series of immediate requirements that, if met, would eventually result in a stateless and classless society. The last portion examines the communist perspective on conflicts in certain nations in the middle of the nineteenth century, including France, Switzerland, Poland, and Germany. The document concludes by pledging allegiance to the democratic socialists, vehemently endorsing previous communist revolutions, and urging coordinated global proletariat action.

About Author

Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels

Friedrich Engels: Friedrich Engels was a German philosopher, author, and social scientist during the 19th century. He was born on November 20, 1820, in Barmen, Prussia, present-day Germany. He was the affluent textile manufacturer's eldest son. Engels visited Manchester, England when she was 17 years old to learn more about the family company. In 1848, he collaborated on The Communist Manifesto with Karl Marx. After Marx's passing, Engels revised the second and third volumes of Das Kapital. In 1848, The Communist Manifesto was released. Engels died on 5 August 1895 in London. Karl Marx: A German philosopher, economist, sociologist, political theorist, journalist, political economics critic, and socialist revolutionary, was born on May 5, 1818. His two most well-known works are the four-volume Das Kapital and the 1848 booklet The Communist Manifesto (1867-1883). Karl Marx stated in his book Capital that the working class might free themselves from capitalism by overthrowing it. Some modern beliefs regarding labour and its relationship to capital have their roots in his economic theories. The German philosopher has been hailed as one of history's most significant individuals. He eventually developed bronchitis and pleurisy, which ultimately led to his death in London on March 14, 1883, at the age of 64 and as a stateless person.
