Started initial stage of career from The Oberois New Delhi in the Front Office Department and later Promoted to the Trident Gurgaon, having worked in Front Office Department, Human Resource & Training and moved up the ladder as General Manager and later as Corporate General Manager. Honoured with Doctorate PHd in Hospitality Management from Cambridge University, completed BSc in Hotel Management from NCHMCT, Post Graduate Diploma in Travel& Tourism from IGNOU and MBA in Human Resource & Industry Relations from Sikkim Manipal University.
